Spin classes focusing on endurance, conditioning, intervals, high intensity and recovery are offered weekly.
Mondays at 6:30 PM
Tuesdays at 6 PM & at 7 PM
Thursdays at 6 PM & at 7 PM
Saturdays at 10:30 AM
Sundays at 10:30 AM
IMPORTANT: Bikes can be reserved up to 45 minutes before the class begins. Please arrive early to secure your spot! (max 14 people)
