Overview
Spin classes focusing on endurance, conditioning, intervals, high intensity and recovery are offered weekly.

IMPORTANT: Bikes can be reserved up to 45 minutes before the class begins. Please arrive early to secure your spot! (max 14 people)

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports and a form of boxing based on kicking and punching.

So happy that this gym is in the neighbourhood! It's spacious and offers lots of different equipment to workout with. I've been during different times of the day and it's always been quite calm and relaxed. I love the vibe and atmosphere!

Shape is a great no-fuss gym that has a ton of cardio and weightlifting equipment. I rarely have to wait for the equipment I want, and I never feel crowded. The monthly rate makes it probably the best deal in the city.

This gym is a welcoming addition to the community. Staff are friendly, professional, helpful and understanding. I am very impressed with management especially, their dedication to making improvements and adding new spin classes.  The gym is clean and machines/equipment are maintained well.
